DXN signs MOA with Malaysia Holistic & Herbal Organisation

KUALA LUMPUR: DXN Holdings Bhd (DXN), founded in 1993 and headquartered in Malaysia, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Malaysia Holistic & Herbal Organisation (MHHO) on Sept 20.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards both DXN and MHHO’s efforts to set up an integrated medical centre in DXN’s headquarters in DXN CyberVille, Cyberjaya.

The integrated medical centre is expected to incorporate and integrate traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), traditional Malay medicine (TMM), traditional Indian medicine (TIM) and or any other traditional tribal medicines from local or any other countries.

DXN has established itself as a renowned global player in the fortified food and beverages industry, specialising in the cultivation, manufacturing, and marketing of premium products, with a strong emphasis on Ganoderma Lucidum, commonly known as the Reishi mushroom, or simply Lingzhi.

With an extensive product portfolio that includes fortified food and beverages, health and dietary supplements, personal care and cosmetics and other products and services, DXN has earned widespread acclaim and recognition from various health and business organisations worldwide.

The company's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation has fuelled steady growth over the years, reaching approximately 15.9 million members worldwide solidifying its position as a pioneer in Ganoderma Lucidum products.

MHHO was established in the year 2006 to assist in the development of traditional medicine in Malaysia and find ways to improve and change the traditional medicine treatment module for the benefit of Malaysians.

DXN non-independent executive chairman and founder Datuk Lim Siow Jin expressed his profound joy and enthusiasm regarding the collaborative initiative with MHHO.

Under Lim’s leadership, DXN has unveiled numerous potential benefits of Ganoderma Lucidum and its impact on human health. He firmly believes that this partnership will foster greater understanding and awareness of natural products.

With MHHO’s experience in traditional complementary medicine treatments and services, a cost effective and effective traditional approach to health care is expected.

Lim considers it a great honour to establish this cooperative relationship with MHHO.

Together, both DXN and MHHO will focus on the implementation of Integrative Traditional Medicine (ITM) and the prescription of herbal products approved by the authorities to its patients.

This partnership seeks to bridge the gap between modern healthcare solutions and the time-honoured traditions of herbal and traditional medicine, leveraging the strengths of both organisations for the benefits of the communities and more.
